What is Google Play Store?

Google Play Store is an online store where people can find the various type of digital content. It is not just an app store, here we can find Music, games, movies, TV shows, books, and more on their Android devices. Simply,  Google Play store is Android's official online store.

In Google Play store, you can download or buy different apps, games, books, etc onto your Android device.  You can find different type of content based on the people interests.

You can download or install apps whatever you like, some apps will be free and some you have to purchase.  Google Play Pass, which allows us to installs different category of apps without advertisements.  

On Google Play store there is Books tab or section, Under this there will be millions of ebooks are available.  

The online Android store was introduced in October 2008. The Graphical User interface and its functionality has been updating every year since 2008 and  added more digital content (apps) to the store. Android store changed its name as Google Play Store in March 2012.
